USE OF OUR SERVICES

PLATFORM-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

4.2 Athlos
Coaches, players, and clubs must ensure athlete-related information is accurate and lawful.
4.3 In Motione
Drivers must be licensed and compliant with local regulations. Passengers must use true pickup and drop-off addresses.
4.4 Siba Finance
Financial information must be accurate and complete. Decisions or automated outcomes are not guaranteed approvals.

PAYMENTS & BILLING
Where applicable, payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways. You agree to:- Pay all applicable fees- Ensure adequate funds or payment method availability
Arietes is not responsible for third-party payment errors.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, code, logos, and assets are the property of Arietes or our licensors.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
